Mid-Atlantic Manual Therapy Consultants (“MAMTC”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our course participants, website visitors, and members. The personal information you provide — including your name, email address, professional credentials, and payment details — is collected solely for the purpose of processing course registrations, delivering continuing education materials, and communicating relevant seminar updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to fulfill your registration (e.g., payment processors) or as mandated by law. By using our website or registering for a course, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.

Returns Policy

MAMTC reserves the right to cancel any course and/or certification series outside of 2 weeks before the start of each individual course/series, with full refund of course fee(s) only, made to registrant(s).
MAMTC will issue individual course full refunds up to one week prior to the start of any seminar. Within one week, only a credit can be issued for a future course. No monetary refunds will be available within one week of the start of a seminar/series. Individual course/series credit may only be transferred to the same course/series at a later date and/or different location. Please contact us ASAP with any questions or specific issues.

By registering for any course or seminar offered by Mid-Atlantic Manual Therapy Consultants, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All course content, materials, and instructional resources are the intellectual property of MAMTC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written consent. Participants are responsible for verifying that course content satisfies the continuing education requirements of their respective state licensing boards; MAMTC provides state CEU approval information as a courtesy, and approval status is subject to change. MAMTC assumes no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from the application of techniques demonstrated in our courses — all clinical techniques should be applied using sound professional judgment in accordance with your scope of practice. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
